Fabbrica olive oil shows a generous nose, intensely fruity, with vegetable extracts of artichoke and thistle. The palate is round, lively, slightly spicy, and deliciously aromatic. Secondary aromas of pinenut, tomato leaf and artichoke are perceived. A pure delight to taste and savour on a slice of toast, beautiful over ripe tomatoes, mozzarella, a plate of raw vegetables, fish or grilled meat.
The new Raccolta is expected to be ready for shipment from early November 2026, weather permitting.
Some small bottles of 250ml and a very few magnums in wooden cases are also available.
