The new Spumante Fabbrica sparkling wine, or better the PetNat, is part of the Prototipo experimentation range.
This PetNat is a natural sparkling wine, with fermentation that begins in the vat and ends in the bottle. No added sulphites, not filtered or fined or disgorged; this is definitely a natural wine, both funky and cloudy that make its originality.
